Our mission is to bring you the finest ceremonial grade cacao, sourced from the sacred Suchitepéquez Mountains of Guatemala and infused with the rich heritage of the Mayan culture.

Our Cacao

Our ceremonial grade cacao is harvested from the lush Suchitepéquez Mountains, the largest area of cacao forests in Central America during Pre-Columbian times. These mountains offer the perfect environment for cacao cultivation, with rich soils, abundant rivers, and ideal weather conditions.

Every step of our cacao production is handled with care and love by the women of Nuevo Amanecer. The cacao beans are fermented, toasted, and peeled using traditional methods passed down through generations, ensuring that each batch carries the sacred essence and prayer of the Mayan culture.

And we are in continued pursuit to partner with other local farmers in central america as well.
